Information You Submit
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems. If you send an email or contact message, we retain it as needed to answer and do not share it outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.

Cookies help measure how visitors use the site. Browser controls can reject them, though some functions may then work differently.

Links and Advertising
Links may lead to Washtenaw County offices, jail-service pages, booking and court resources, Michigan corrections sites, or independent search tools. Once you leave, the destination’s privacy terms control. Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across sites for tailored ads.
Who May Receive Data
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be handled by search partners processing a query, analytics providers, advertising networks, or law-enforcement and government bodies responding to a valid legal order.
Security Has Limits
Reasonable, standard safeguards are used. No internet-connected service is breach-proof, however, so absolute security cannot be promised.
Visitors Under Eighteen
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may use the Contact Us page to request deletion if a minor submitted information.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, request a correction or deletion, or object to certain processing. Michigan public records held by government agencies are governed separately by the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 through 15.246, and must be addressed to the responsible agency.
